If you encounter an installation error or the live vehicle search fails, ensure your device meets the minimum OS requirements (Android 8.0+ or iOS 13+). Clear your app store cache, update your device's Google Play Services, and verify that High Accuracy Location/GPS and Bluetooth permissions are granted to the BhaरBike App. You can download the latest official APK directly from our Expo build portal.
Ensure that your mobile device's Bluetooth and GPS are both turned on and you are standing within 2 meters of the vehicle. If the lock doesn't click open within 3 seconds of sliding the app handle, toggle your Bluetooth off and on, restart the app, and try scanning the QR code again. If the issue persists, the vehicle may have entered deep-sleep mode, and our backend support can trigger a remote cellular unlock for you.
BhaरBike provides extremely affordable rates for urban micro-mobility: Pay-Per-Ride starts at ₹49/hour. For longer journeys, choose our 4-Hour Block at ₹149, the full 24-Hour Day Pass at ₹349, or the Weekly Commuter Pass at ₹1,950. All rides require a one-time registration deposit, allowing you to top up and commute without fuel or hidden charges.
To comply with local regulations and ensure fleet security, first-time riders must verify their identity. Simply upload a clear photo of your Aadhaar Card (front and back), PAN Card, or a valid Indian Driving License during signup in the mobile app. Our AI KYC integration processes and approves your details in under 2 minutes so you can start riding immediately.
To enable vehicle unlock privileges, first-time users pay a security deposit of ₹1,500. This comprises a ₹1,000 non-refundable one-time setup and registration fee, and a ₹500 fully refundable security deposit. The ₹500 portion is refunded instantly to your original payment method (UPI/Card) the moment you return the bike to any designated battery swapping station and complete your subscription.
