Welcome to BhaरBike! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BhaरBike mobile application and smart EV bike rental services, operated by Envirolux Biodiesel Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using our app and renting our vehicles, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and rent a vehicle.
- You must possess a valid Indian Driving License (where applicable for specific vehicle classes) and submit it for KYC verification.
- You agree to provide true, current, and complete information during registration.
2. Wallet & Payment Terms
- Payments for rides and subscriptions are processed via your in-app prepaid wallet.
- You can recharge your wallet using UPI, credit cards, debit cards, or netbanking via our payment gateway partners.
- The minimum and maximum limits for wallet recharges are governed by the in-app deposit interface.
- Wallet balances are non-transferable and can only be used for BhaरBike rentals and subscriptions.
3. Vehicle Use & Safety
- You agree to operate the EV bike in accordance with all local traffic laws and regulations in India.
- You are responsible for inspecting the vehicle (brakes, tires, battery) before beginning your ride. Any visible damage must be reported immediately.
- You must wear a helmet at all times while operating the vehicle.
- You shall not use the vehicle for illegal activities, racing, or carrying heavy freight exceeding load limits.
4. Parking & Ending a Ride
- Rides must be ended by locking the vehicle securely within designated BhaरBike parking zones or battery swapping stations shown on the map.
- Parking outside designated zones may result in out-of-boundary parking fees or penalties debited from your wallet.
- You are liable for any parking fines, towing charges, or legal penalties incurred during your rental session.
5. Limitation of Liability
Envirolux Biodiesel Private Limited shall not be liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or indirect damages resulting from your operation of the rental vehicles. You ride at your own risk and are responsible for third-party liabilities during the rental period.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane/Mumbai, Maharashtra.
